Currently, Gurugram is one of the most expensive property markets in India. The price of any property is measured by the circle rates of that area. Circle rates in Gurugram are based on the demand for properties in that area.

If you registered it in your name at the Registrar’s Office On the basis of registration, you become the legal owner of your property and it is, therefore, necessary to avoid fraud. The most important for registration are documentation and payment.

In Gurgaon, a male buyer has to pay 7% stamp duty and also a female buyer has to pay 5% stamp duty if the property is owned jointly then the stamp duty is 6%.

For properties outside the municipal limits, male buyers have to pay 5% stamp duty and female buyers have to pay 3% stamp duty and also 4% stamp duty for joint ownership. It has to be paid

Property registration fee in Haryana has increased from ₹15000 to ₹50000 in 2018. Revised cost is applicable on all sale deed certificates, lease deeds, exchange deeds, partition deeds, and also gift deeds.

Haryana is under more pressure from industries to reduce “stamp duty and registration charges” to make property purchases more attractive at a time when the coronavirus pandemic has ushered in an era of recession, because the state government has taken this decision.

It was taken that these taxes should be kept constant, but also shortly before the state government increased the circle rates in major housing markets including Gurgaon.
