New Gurgaon near NH 8 is the area which is in close proximity of NH8, this section of Gurgaon comprises of sectors 76 to sector 87 located on the either side of NH 8 Projects. These sectors were added to Gurgaon Manesar Plan - 2021 in year 2007 when HUDA chalked out plan to extend Gurgaon beyond existing 59 sectors then. This area provides solution to the demand of mid-sized and moderately priced housing in Gurgaon. It offers mostly high rise apartment options developed by private sector with few projects in low rise independent floors as well as villas and plotted development. Originally expected to be ready to move by year 2012 area started to see families moving in when builders like Vatika & DLF started to give possession around mid 2014. This location is intersected by NH 8 Projects which is the lifeline of Gurgaon and especially for people travelling to Udyog Vihar, Cyber City and Delhi on regular basis. Taking a deeper view of sectors, Sectors 76 to 80 lies on one side of highway and have industrial units and also hosts upcoming affordable housing projects. These sectors are also approachable through the connectivity of southern peripheral road. Sectors 83 is located at the intersection of NH8 and Dwarka Expressway (DEW) and will have metro connectivity according to the phase 4 expansion plan. Sector 81 to 87 lies on other side of the highway and have wider functional roads. Projects in different stages of construction, different unit types, and very strong value proposition for end-users and investors are available in this relatively well-planned area. <b>Markets & Shopping:</b> As the possession of projects will increase daily needs will be served by shopping complexes planned with the residential complexes.
