2 In the near future, the Kherki Dhaula toll plaza would be shifted towards Manesar, further down the point where it exists now, according to plan. This will further decongest the traffic at this point and will connect the NPR directly with the forthcoming Southern Peripheral Road (SPR);
3 A spokesman of Emaar India says: “Dwarka Expressway will be the next real estate hotspot in the NCR. One of the major developments complimenting this is the infrastructure push the area has received, of late, from both the state and Centre. With Basai RoB (Rail over bridge) opening to public, traffic on the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway will be decongested, which will boost demand for the area further.“Moreover, with feasibility studies underway by DMRC, Metro connectivity to the region will soon be realized.“
